Weekly website monitoring: sample report
Weekly monitoring, about $24/mo, plus an optional $49 full report, coming soon. It isn't available yet and there's nothing to buy. Get notified when it launches.
What weekly monitoring includes
- A re-check of your whole site each week (up to about 50 pages): broken links on your site and links to other sites.
- An automated accessibility check (axe-core) on your main pages, explained in plain English.
- A phone speed test (Lighthouse) of your homepage, with a simple trend over time.
- A check that your site links to your Google Business Profile / Google Maps listing.
- A short weekly summary: new issues, fixed issues and what's still open, with a link to a plain-English guide for each fix.
- Alerts when something important changes, like your homepage returning an error or a new broken link.
About this sample. The numbers and issues below come from two real automated scans of one independent auto repair shop's website, run a few hours apart on October 17, 2026, and shown here as "last week" and "this week". We removed the shop's name, web address, location, phone number, page code and images. Where a section is only an illustration of how the report will look, it's clearly labeled. Automated scan, not legal advice; it does not certify or confirm accessibility (ADA/WCAG) compliance.
Sample weekly summary for "Shop C"
| Check | Last week | This week |
|---|---|---|
| Pages checked | 7 | 7 |
| Broken links found | 0 | 0 |
| Accessibility issue types (automated) | 9 | 9 |
| Phone speed score | 33/100 | 50/100 |

| Google Maps / Business Profile link | Found | Found |
New this week
No new issues found. 👍
Fixed since last week
None this week. In the real scans, the same issues were still present.
Speed trend (phone)
Speed scores naturally move up and down between runs (network conditions, server load, ads and widgets). That's exactly why a single test can mislead and a weekly trend is more useful. Here, both runs were in the slow range, with the main content taking 14.0 s and 9.5 s to appear in a simulated phone test. What these numbers mean.
Still open, most important first
- Some text is hard to read against its background: Customers on phones outdoors or with weaker eyesight may struggle to read prices, hours or your phone number. How to fix
- An embedded frame (map/video) has no title: Screen readers cannot say what the embed is. How to fix
- A form field relies only on a hover tooltip for its label: The label is hard to find for many visitors. How to fix
- Some links or buttons have no readable name: Screen readers announce them as just "link", so visitors cannot tell where they go. How to fix
- The page has no main content area marked: Minor navigation issue for assistive tech users.
- A page has no main heading: A clear main heading helps visitors and Google understand the page. How to fix
- Phone loading speed could be better (score 50/100): Main content took about 9.5 s in a simulated phone test. How to fix
- Headings skip levels: Makes the page harder to scan for assistive tech users.
Alerts
No alerts this week: the homepage loaded normally and no new broken links appeared.
If Shop C's web person fixes the disabled zoom next week, the summary would list under Fixed since last week: "Zooming is disabled on phones ✔".
If the homepage stopped loading, or a new broken link appeared, you'd get a short alert like: "Heads-up: your Contact page link on the homepage now leads to a 'page not found' error. How to fix."
